Everyone who uses LeaveXpert uses the same version of LeaveXpert; however two editions of the product, Plus and Unlimited, include many organization-specific configurations that can help tailor the system to your company. These configurations include:
Company-specific leave types - add non-regulatory leaves such as a company personal or medical leave to your system.
Company-specific workflow tasks - add company specific reminders like notifications to supervisors during the leave management process
Company-specific letter and email templates - design your own communication templates specific to your organization and legal department requirements
Company Defined Fields - add data entry or display fields into LeaveXpert screens to track information important to your leave management process
While we won't create a separate version of LeaveXpert to customize features just for one company, you can always submit a request for a new feature, and if we think it's something that other companies could use, we'll gladly add it for everyone.
