Images such as logos, electronic signatures, etc. may be uploaded to letter templates by site administrators (only for Plus and Unlimited editions) or into case correspondence records. Once a correspondence record (either within a specific case under Correspondence or Template Configuration) has been opened in edit mode, you may insert images following the below steps:

  1. Click on the Insert image icon within the body header
    *Note: It looks like a picture of the mountains

    • If you are uploading a new image, you may create folder(s) to manage the images by type if you would like by licking on the file folder icon next to +Upload button
    • Name the folder as desired and click Enter
    • Double click within the folder you would like to insert the image within
    • Click on+Upload
    • Browse for the image you would like to upload
    • Click Open or double click the image
  2. Select the Image
  3. Click Insert
