Yes, letter templates can be setup to automatically generated within specific cases. The functionality works very similar to the way the system automatically generates tasks within cases. The feature is only available for LeaveXpert clients with Plus or Unlimited editions and must be configured by Optis. Please contact your Optis National Account Manager for more information and/or to configure your automatic letter rules.
