Yes, you can determine which cases are visible to employees via the Self Service portal. Please follow the below steps, to update a cases visibility status within Self Service portal:

1. Login to LeaveXpert
2. Search for the case
3. Click Edit next to the desired case
4. Click the check box next to Visible in Self Service within the case header
5. A pop-up will appear, click Yes to make the case visible within Self Service. Click No to remove the case from the list of cases visible to the employee via the Self Service Portal. 

Note: Users are unable to remove a cases visible status if the case was originally requested via the Self Service Portal.
