LeaveXpert Tasks helps you stay organized by reminding you of the major activities that should occur within the case as it moves leave process. LeaveXpert tasks are system generated based on specific time-frames or circumstances within a case. To review and complete your tasks:

  • Go to LeaveXpert within the menu bar and select Tasks

  • The task listing will display all tasks for all cases assigned to the Leave Specialist user (Note: Site Administrators and Program Managers will see all tasks associated with their organization.)

  • Click on the magnifying glass icon to review the task description

  • Click on the case number, in order to access the task within the case

  • You can mark tasks completed by selecting the check box next to the task and clicking on Mark as Completed.

  • Some system generated tasks, will auto-close once the required data is entered into the case.  These tasks do not display a check box  and cannot be marked as completed by the user. These tasks will be updated as completed nightly.
