You can upgrade your LeaveXpert edition at any time by contacting support@optis.com. A customer service or sales representative will then contact you to determine which edition of LeaveXpert will best suit your organization.
You can also downgrade your LeaveXpert edition during your renewal period. Email support@optis.com within 30 days of your renewal date to have a customer service representative contact you to determine which LeaveXpert edition will work best for you.
Your organization's Site Administrator can also click the Change Plan button on your Organization Administration Details screen to automatically contact support.
