To easily retrieve a chronological listing of all absences taken by your employee, across all cases for that employee:
- Click on the Reports menu item
- Choose the Employee Absence Detail report
- Choose your Employee
- Determine which Case Status and Absence Status you want to include
- Click on View Report
The results will display all absences for the employee within the selected criteria.
This report will enable you to see exactly how the employee absences impact the benefit bank and how absences are expired and roll time back into the benefit bank.
