- Go to the LeaveXpert menu
- Choose Employees menu selection
- Click on the Upload Employees button
- Download the Employee Template
- Follow the instructions on the "Instructions" tab of the workbook.
- Once the workbook has been updated and saved, click on Select files…
- Browse for and select the workbook
- A row will be inserted under Step 3 listing a status of Pending
- Click on Verify
- If the workbook passes all validation, click on Upload the employees will be automatically uploaded into the system.
- If the workbook does not pass the validation, please make the necessary updates to the workbook and repeat steps 6-10 again.
