Yes, using the Bulk Case Transfer tool under Administration, users may transfer specific case(s) to different Leave Specialists.

  1. Go to Administration and select Bulk Case Transfer
  2. Select the cases that should be transferred by checking the Checkbox next to them
    *Note: The grid is default sorted to display the user that is logged in cases only. To see all cases, clear the filter within the Leave Specialist column.
  3. Click on Transfer
  4. Select if the transfer should be Permanent or Temporary via the radio button selection
  5. If the transfer is temporary, enter the dates the case(s) should be assigned to the new leave specialist.
  6. Select the leave specialist
  7. Click Save
