Yes, using the Bulk Case Transfer tool under Administration, users may transfer specific case(s) to different Leave Specialists.
- Go to Administration and select Bulk Case Transfer
- Select the cases that should be transferred by checking the Checkbox next to them
*Note: The grid is default sorted to display the user that is logged in cases only. To see all cases, clear the filter within the Leave Specialist column. - Click on Transfer
- Select if the transfer should be Permanent or Temporary via the radio button selection
- If the transfer is temporary, enter the dates the case(s) should be assigned to the new leave specialist.
- Select the leave specialist
- Click Save
