To ensure the integrity of the information stored within LeaveXpert, the system does not allow for deletion of cases.

To remove a case that was setup in error:

Within the Case section
Click on Close Case located at the top of the page
Choose "Created in Error" as the Close Reason and enter any corresponding notes regarding the case closure
Click on Close Case
