To re-open a LeaveXpert case:

  1. Go to the Case section

  2. Click on the Reopen Case link located in the case header

  3. Enter the Re-open Reason and any corresponding notes regarding the opening of the case

  4. Click on Re-open

 The case status will be changed to Reopened and the system will record the date and reason for re-opening the case within the Leave Details section.
