Yes, within Employee Details, users may check FMLA Eligibility by clicking on the FMLA Inquiries tab within the Profile screen. From the FMLA Inquiries tab, click on Check Eligibility, enter the Requested Begin Date, Update the Hours Worked Average (per week), if necessary then click on Calculate. The system will calculate the Hours Worked Actual (based on data received to date), the Estimated Hours Worked,Estimated Months Worked and the Available Benefit. Click Save to keep a record of the request and details.
